So, because I am insane and like having entirely too much stuff on my plate, I am taking up CrossFit.
This sudden interest in Crossfit isn’t actually that sudden. It’s been something that I have been thinking about for some time. I saw a video on Youtube for the Reebox Crossfit Games and that’s what lit the fire for me. I would love, love to compete in the games in the next year or two. Just to do it. Just to be at that caliber of fitness would be amazing.
So, for the next week or so, I am going to be doing my research on everything Crossfit and see how I can tie in my current P90X2 and TurboFire Hybrid Schedule with it.
I am sure it’s going to be insane. But, I can’t freaking wait!!
